1992 Real Estate Professionals opens for business with 6 agents as a Subdivision Marketing Company

1994 Mark Lascelles purchases the company and moves toward a full service operation.

1995 Real Estate Professionals moves into the #2 position in market share.

1995 Real Estate Professionals and the Record Searchlight launch the “North State Homes” magazine - which remains the premier marketing medium to this day.

1995 Real Estate Professionals creates one of the first websites for Real Estate in the area - REProfessionals.com.

1996 Real Estate Professionals introduces “Shasta Lifestyles” the first full color, full size Real Estate magazine in the market.

1997 Real Estate Professionals introduces “Welcome” magazine, the first comprehensive magazine on relocating to this area.

1998 Real Estate Professionals sponsors the first “Business Challenge Ski Race” on Mt. Shasta which has remained a leading business event with proceeds going to children’s charities.

1999 Real Estate Professionals introduces “RealEstateinRedding.com”, the most marketed Real Estate site in the area.

1999 Real Estate Professionals is presented the prestigious “Virgil Covington Award”, the first time it has ever been awarded to a Real Estate Company.

2000 Real Estate Professionals announces the opening of “Windsor Club Mortgage”, with the fastest mortgage and bank financing available to our clients.

2000 The agents of Real Estate Professionals start the “Community Projects Fund” with the opening of their first project, a fountain for the new City Hall.

2001 Real Estate Professionals becomes “Real Estate Professionals GMAC” bringing the size and power of the G.M. Family to our business and clients.

2001 Real Estate Professionals GMAC introduces “Shasta County”, the only full color brochure in our area available today.

2001 Real Estate Professionals GMAC introduces “GMAC Relocation”, currently the 3rd largest relocation company in the world, to the Shasta County market.

2001 Real Estate Professionals GMAC implements “ReddingMLS.com”, one of the first websites allowing public search of all available properties in Shasta County.

2002 Real Estate Professionals GMAC opens the “New Home Division” specializing in subdivision and new home construction.

2002 Real Estate Professionals GMAC launches “Elegant Homes”, a division dedicated to the marketing of high-end properties.

2002 Real Estate Professionals GMAC celebrates 10 years serving the Shasta County market and we’ve loved every minute of it!

2003 Real Estate Professionals GMAC donates second sculpture to City of Redding: Balancing Act located in Caldwell Park

2006 Only local office to be fully immersed in online transaction program for our clients. Recognized at GMAC Conference in Las Vegas as #1 in Closed Units and Production, and again Top Referral Company in our Division. Donated CC Bush to the Artwalk in Lake Caldwell Park.

2007 At GMAC’s Experience 2007 in Hollywood, FL, received recognition for being #1 in Division 4 for Production. Our Relocation Department honored as 1 of Top 3 nationwide.
